We made this cloak from navy blue knit woolen coating, and it has good wind resistance. It's soft and washable. Its' hood is lined in navy blue stretch velvet, and we used one of our handmade clasps for closure. We rate it for mild winter, winter, late fall, and early spring. Comfortably heavy.
